This is specifically for PALESA. I phoned today and after being passed from pillar to post I got PALESA on the other side. My complaint was not with Bonitas actually, but someone they pay for medication on my behalf. A huge amount of money every money for a serious condition. Palesa was extremely kind and made several calls to track the Co down on my behalf. I held the line and she came back to me several times to assure and update me. I had a few people hang up before that. Thank you Palesa-you solved my issue and I eventually got the right person and you put me through. Call centres are often horrific to deal with, but you made my life easier today-thank you.
