Thank You Bonitas

I have had a really good experience with Bonitas. If I had a problem, I would call or e-mail my query and the resolved it. I must say being in hospital is really stressful thinking about the fact that in the event that the medical aid will not pay and you have to cover the costs. I was stressed at times, but Bonitas always came through in the end. I would give a 5 star rating, and the reason for the 4 star is because I had to get motivational letters from the doctor on both occasions that I was admitted in order for them to pay. Overall I am very happy:)
