TERRIFYING AND PERTETIC MEDICAL AID

This is the worst terrific medical aid i have ever seen in my life there option plan is so annoying and not reasonable at all the worst part have been to hospital just 2twice this year already have been told i dont have funds anymore am seriously tired of this mess. They changed my membership number because i upgraded my plan from boncap to bonfit till date never received the new medical card with the new membership number always get disgraced in the hospital. I don't know reason why always i don't have funds when i pay monthly contributions deducted from my monthly pay i am so terrified and ****ed off with this bonitas plan its just a waste of money and they cover nothing ordinary GP to give medication no funds always i wish i can change to another medical aid like now am tired of this stress
