TERRIBLE,HORRIBLE, RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Phone Bonitas about my claims talking to two different consultations giving me to different responses. Then had a problem with my doctor being a dispensing doctor but then stopped doctor sent through all the documents after 2 months bonitas has still not sorted out queries and has still not came back to me with regards to my query even after been promised by manager to phone me. My claim was first escalated to the wrong department 3 weeks later when i phoned again about progress they send it to the right department. I am so over bonitas .
