Terrible to be forced to use pharmacy direct

Every single month I have an issue with pharmacy direct. They can never get my orders right and do as they please. Now I am forced to use them and as I am typing this message, my medicine which is insulin and not just any medicine is still not delivered. I am leaving for America in 2 days and I am without medicine. I ordered my medicine on time but then pharmacy direct just cancelled it without my knowledge. Then they put claims through twice and retract it and no one can tell me why. I've ordered again, yet now I am without medicine. I am fed up! I am moving to another medical aid.
