Terrible terrible terrible terrible

<p>Below is my post that was originally posted on the 25th of August 2016 fastword two weeks later still no feedback .Your service has gone from pathethic to utterly disgusting.You should all resign and go sit at home if yall ask me. All yall are good at is sending the same thing yall send o everyone"we will investigate and contact you shortly"- Bunch of hypocrites.Rather dont bother responding at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I submitted an application for medical aid on the 08th July ,today is the 25th of August and I still have no reponse from them only when I phone them do I get a response-to whichI get told a pathetic line"We are still finding a broker"I mean what hell.How long can it take to allocate a broker.Why put in a "clause" but be unable to meet its demand because no-where in the application form does it say a broker is a pre-requite.So why must the custome suffer for **** that you guys invented.How is a broker going to help me.I have read up on the medical aid profile online already-now what excatly is a broker that I did not request for going to help me.If you are going to make a requirement make sure you can meet up to the demand or am I supposed to find the broker myself.This is seriously the worst service.You have to wait two months for just the applcation to get looked at. </p>
