Terrible services from Bonitas

It is a terrible experience to be a bonitas, we pay them every month and for a client to get assistance from them in time is not a joke , i dont pay Denis anything however Bonitas saw it fit to outsource their responsbility to them and when i try to enquire with the Denis , the phone just hung up i am a very dissatisfied client.
