Terrible service from Bonitas

If I would rate them zero,I would.I have called Bonitas countless times to get authorisation to see a specialist.Their phones ring unanswered,I am literally calling them as I am typing this and they are not picking up.I have also sent them emails,no reply.Their WhatsApp platform is completely useless.I’ve been with them for 4 years and I have never had this issue before.They have become extremely unreliable and I will definitely be moving to another medical aid.Additionally,they still haven’t made processed a claim that was made on the 20th,now I’m getting threats of legal action being taken against me because the service provider has not been pain,3 months later.
