Terrible service from Bonitas

I am complaining because of the bad service that i received from bonitas. This is regarding 2 payments for claims made from my savings account instead of the correct account for covid related issues. I have communicated with a Sikhumbuzo Khumalo to help to resolve this and he asked me to email him regarding the incorrect payment and he will sort it out. I sent a email on the 13th of October 2021 already but did not receive any feedback from Sikhumbuzo Khumalo and since then i have called on multiple occasions for feedback and each time the feedback given to me is that bonitas is busy with the query and will call me back. The very last time i called bonitas they advised me that the payments that was made incorrectly will be paid into my savings again and they will inform me once this is done and that the payments are with the QA department. This was almost a week ago and today I called again and spoke to a Joslyn Smit. She advised me that there was no payment made and it seemed like nothing was done regarding my email sent to Sikhumbuzo Khumalo. I insisted that i wanted feedback on my email sent to Sikhumbuzo Khumalo or to speak to a manager. Then i was put on hold and when Joslyn Smit came back she advised that the payment will now be made after 3 working days. This is pathetic service, why should i need to call back each time to rectify a issue that bonitas does not seem to care about enough to actually assist me with the correct feedback. I feel like the bonitas is trying to delay this issue on purpose so that they don't need to rectify the mistake.
