Terrible service from administration department

Terrible service from administration/member maintenance department. 15 days after I logged a simply query (Reference number 301015QHLFDH) to update my banking details for refunds the issue have not been resolved. This is unacceptable!!!! Our call center staff is not helpful at all just saying the issue will be resolved today for the past 14 days, every day the same response. You claim to be the best medical aid in the country but goes to show the bigger you get the poorer the service gets, i have spent hours on my own personal telephone account to get bonitas to do a simple task as requested.
