Terrible service for claims payments at Bonitas

Terrible service at Bonitas! It takes a whole 2 weeks to get a claim paid. What’s worse is when you call the call centre agents contradict each other . One says 72hrs and the other Tuesdays & Thursdays. Then you get an sms saying you’ll paid on Wednesday. Wow, shocking!. It’s gets worse, when ask for a Manager, they just put you on hold and you wait a life time!
