TERRIBLE SERVICE
I am very dispopointed with the service we are receiving from Bonitas, they have been debiting the account and we never missed any premium but now they are coming with stories that the account has been suspended and what frastrate me the most is that i can not get through to them and i left several messages but no one called me back, i can't wait to cancel this medical aid cause they are never there when you need them the most
