Terrible service Bonitas Boncap

Hi

I have been with Bonitas Boncap for the past year, and my daugther has been with them for 6 years.

Due to us being on the Boncap option, every year end, we do a income verification, to see what bracket qe would fall on. So this year all my documents was send, They have emailed me on the 24th November for proof of income, i have send them a Bank statement, No reply, so on the 28th i mailed again, asking if all documents was recived, No reply All documents needs to be in on the 30th November.

On the 15 December i received a sms, I will be placed on the highest bracket, because my documents was not received, Onced i phoned them, they told me i needed to send a payslip as well, And because i didnt submit a payslip, i will be placed on the higest income bracket. This is terrible service of them, For not even getting back to clients, telling them we need more documents, and even worse for not even replying on clients emails.
