Terrible service

At Bonitas I don't have a contract with pharmacy direct you do, my contract is with you. Using pharmacy direct has been an inconvenience of late... My chronic meds have a do not change for reason but every 2 months I have to call them because they have chopped and changed it without consulting me. I'm exhausted
