TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am so fed up with this service provider. i called in this morning as there are so many things that I need clarity on. I spoke to a team leader in the boncap call center who then asked me if she can arrange for a call back I said yes, but it has to be immediately; she agreed. That was at past 10 because I work in a contact center. It is now past 2 and they accept me to answer the call after i told her that I cannot answer the call at any time. They are pathetic when it comes to customer and i will never recommend them to anyone.
