Terrible Query resolution service
I am having the worst experience ever resolving a simple query that i have. I have been sending emails only to find a different person assigned each time to my query that gives me a different story. i would like to cancel this medical aid and gladly go back to my previous medical aid as this process of resolving a simple query is ridiculous!!! I would not recommend anyone to bonitas!!
