Terrible Post Relationship management

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. I requested a savings refund in 2024 and despite me following up every week since June 2025, my savings have not been refunded even now. I have to call in and spend 20 minutes each time to follow up and it's always the same story: my matter has been escalated to finance team and you will receive communication at the end of the week. All the time. There's no urgency on their side. Avoid if you can.
