Terrible online services
It’s 2023 and Bonitas online services makes me feel back in 2010. Thier app does not work properly and is useless compare to the likes of Discovery, no features, no relevant information really, disconnecting all the time... Thier chat is not working at all, being through the app or Whatsapp, I tried a dozen times and never spoke to a single agent ! The personal space on their website barely gives any useful information or features once logged in. The only way to get a proper information is to phone them. It's really really REALLY time Bonitas grows up and realise the potential of online services and simply that the year is 2023 !!! This is terrible service and marketing for the price we pay our premiums.
