Terrible Nurse Esther at Bonita's maternity programme tarnish company name

7 weeks ago I was advised by the Bonita's maternity programme that my baby bag would arrive with in 4 weeks. Since 2 weeks ago I've been told it would arrive next week. A week.ago the same advice was given to me. I spoke to a lady two days ago who advised that my bag would arrive today 05/05/2022 because my delivery address is not far from their office. I called again today to confirm this and a rude nurse by the name Esther was impolite and again advised that the bag would arrive in next week. I asked her to try tracking the lady down I spoke to, two days ago. She refused, I said I'm going to 'hello peter' to complain. She said I am welcome to do so. She really does not care about damaging the company's name. I am very disappointed in the service.
