Terrible medical aid since last year! And certainly not improving just getting worse. Thanks for stressing us out regularly!

I wish there was a 0 star option that i could choose. People do not consider bonitas. I would wish to get a new medical aid before 2021. We have more stress with bonitas. If you want to get super stressed out about co payments at network doctors and life threatening situations..you can use bonitas. Also remember to ask your doctor for anxiety and stress support. You'll be needing alot of that! Im busy looking at other options from other medical aids. I dont care if its R200 or more....its better than the co payments we get on bonitas. Everytime we have to go to the doctor we already stressed and getting more stressed and sicker. Id rather pay more than paying all this co payments of large amounts. Cant deal with this stress anymore!
