Terrible Customer service & bad payers
Please note that the Denis customer care consultants are really unhelpful and unknowledgeable about their products and services.
I have spent over 2 hours trying to get a simple answer and they have been unable to assist.
The managers also don't seem to work on a Friday as apparently they are only available Monday - Thursday.
Pathetic. SO unhappy. Furthermore, I have found that Bonitas is covering less and less over the years. After being a customer for over 10 years, I will be looking at other alternatives shortly.
