TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Complained in this forum on 24th Feb..... got the following generic reply:

"Our representative will be in touch with you shortly to discuss this matter and ensure that it is speedily resolved."

It's been 2 weeks. No contact what so ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
