Terrible customer service

absolutely disgusted and disappointed with bonitas medical aid. They force us to use their prefered supplier "pharmacy direct" I send them a script and 2 weeks later still nothing. We received a call from pharmacy direct and when we asked them when will our medication be delivered she hung up! Bonitas forces us to use them by forcing high levies if we use dischem or clicks pharmacy we are still with out medication and i called again today and advised by a consultant that they will email dispatch to get courier done .. will it take 1 week or 2 weeks or never? best part that they hve already been paid out of my savings!
