Terrible communication

Terrible ito communication, getting hold of them and registering claims, medicine or pmb conditions. Don't trust them when they say their turn around time is 3-5 working days as it is much closer to 20 working days. Basically you will pay for a month with little to no benefits. They do offer value for money just be prepared call numerous times and spend a lot of airtime. Their email replies are even slower than their contact center.
