Terrable experance
To the Directors of Bonitas Health Services I suggest you get things in order and listen to the customers ... WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE received from Optivest. I have never had so many problems with a broker over medical aid in all my years - I requested for medical cover from Bonitas and its been problems from the beginning its almost a year later so I am not quite sure where the problem is - with Optivest or Bonitas - I have sent through documents to Bonitas & Optivest I don't know how many times and when I followed up with Bonitas I was shocked to get a call asking me to send the documents through???? But I get charged and get advise you cannot correct because it was charged. I am so Frustrated WHY must we fight for service, WHY do you offer to help customer and not deliver?
