Tax Certificate

<p>Complaint on behalf of my father, we are trying for the past two weeks to get a proper tax cerficate as the one that was received is incorrect and sars does not want that information and says that my father is liable to pay the amount that bonitas has ommited to input the correct information rather it states refer to IRP5. i have been given the run about not to mention waiting for like 30 mintes a call each time i called and getting told that i would receive the correct information by the end of the day, I still wait for this information, i have even spoken to a team leader by the name of ELLA who keeps on telling me i will call you back, i still await this call. i still await the correct information, the service that im receiving from your company is plane down "Pathetic" to say the least. There is no managers available to assist either it seems like that management at Bonitas is on a permenent holiday</p>
