Taking Money Without notification

<p>I worked for the administrator of Bonitas and recently left (10June 2016) before leaving I verified with Avril Springfield that I would be staying on the Bonitas fund until further notice. </p> <p>She then asked me for my banking details in order for them to change me over to a private paying client which I provided her with. She confirmed with me over email which i still have that my first debit order is to run on the 1st July 2016. This debit has run however I was DOUBLE debited. When quering this with Bonitas a guy from the accounts department (who cannot even speak proper English) called me and stated that I did not pay for June 2016 therefor THY DECIDED to double me on July 1st. ********* is one of the nicest words I decided to use to describe my disgust. There had been no notification stating they taking double the amount. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want a full refund and I want a person who can speak proper English to contact me. If this matter is not resolved believe me I will be taking this much further. Bonitas is ********* and incompotent. I am sitting with all correspondence between myself and Avril and not once did she mention anything to me so because of her forgetfulness (if that) or her lack of interest in providing proper information I get money taken from my account?? debit her for the lack of information.Avril omitts to mention a double debit and i bear the brandt there of?? I tried calling her and left a voice message and she still has not contacted me back what do these people get for doing??</p> <p> </p> <p>This matter will reach higher powers if I am not satisfied immediately!! leaving Bonitas is my next step definately. </p>
