Taking Debit orders without consent

I am really so Upset with Bonitas, I was seeking Medical Aid for myself and my family, so I requested a qoute, asked me for my banking Detail but promised nothing will be deducted unless I accept the qoute. Suprisingly this is now the 3rd month they are trying to deduct money from my bank account, how is this possible? i have to pay bank fees for something i did not accept! This leaves a real bad taste and will most definatly not ever in future consider Bonitas as a medical aid
