Taking advantage of the old when it matters most
I write this review on behalf of my 80 your old father who has been given a two+ month run around from Bonitas, who refuse to pay his oncology (skin cancer claim). They keep referring to depleted day to day funds when oncology is paid for out of a separate oncology claim. Think twice before using this insurer in your or your families old age. If your insurer doesn't cover a R3000 cancer claim, how will things play out if they become more serious. #takingadvantageootheold.

05 Mar 2024, 14:06Thank you for addressing this claim. I would like to note that most of it was paid as a oncology claim. I also want to note that in our latest claim, we have a similar issue and will be using this platform to address it as we have no luck in addressing it through your normal channels. Pls look out for our next complaint regarding an oncology claim.
