SUSPENSION LIFTED
I HAVE SIGNED A PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT TO START PAYING ARREARS AMOUNT FROM FEBRUARY TO APRIL I HAVE RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT MSIL STATING THE PAYMENT PLAN HAS BEEN LOADED ON SYSTEM STARTING WITH FEBRUARY CONTRIBUTION ON THE 27 FEBRUARY ON THE 27 JANUARY MY ACCOUNT WAS DRBITED TWICE WITH R4876 SO I DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM I CALLED THIS MORNING SPOKE TO AYANDA FOR MY SUSPENSION TO BE LIFTED CREDIT DEPARTMENT TELLS HIM MY SUSPENSION WILL ONLY BE LIFTEN END OF FEBRUARY WHEN PAYMENT PLAN START I NEED MY MEDICATION THIS IS THE WORST MEDICAL AID EVER
