Suspension

I have had numerous issues joining Bonitas medical aid. After weeks of emails and calls they finally corrected my benefit date to 01 March 2015.<br> <br> I went to the doctor today, 20 March 2015, and received a script. The script could not be processed by the pharmacy as they say my medical aid is suspended. <br> <br> After checking the Bonitas website, it says suspended until first payment received. it is Bonitas's responsibility to take the money as i authorized a debit order.<br> <br> Sort this out urgently as I require my medication.<br> <br> I regret joining Bonitas and should have taken peoples advice and went with Discovery instead.<br> <br> Pathetic service by bonitas.
