Suspended cannot access treatment
I write to assist my wife (Mem #***). She says: My account was suspended for most of 2014. When I enquired at their offices in Florida, I was told \because there was a shortfall in the deductions they made from my salary". I don't know why there was a shortfall because they generated the deduction"
