I MADE AN ENQUIRY BEFOREHAND WRT THIS WHEELCHAIR BENEFIT two days before operation and two days after operation. I was assured that this BENEFIT is available AND PAYMENT WILL NOT BE AN ISSUE. Enquiries wrt this issue 23/2 until 13/6/15 MORE THAN 15 times on their own records is made without been solved. After enquiring as per their own records, when payment will be made, suddenly I was advice that special authorization and motivation is needed AS THIS SERVICE IS NOT COVERED BY PLAN.
