I had a problem regarding a claim from bonitas medical aid, I called in countless times in an attempt to get the claim cleared of my name until a point where I went through to Salome Mankgela who was patient with me as I was frustrated and angry, she took it upon herself to assist me and constantly gave me feedback and updated me on the matter. I felt blessed to have been assisted by her because I never had to call in again asking about the status of the claim.
