Stop using Pharmacy Direct - PLEASE
Bonitas, I love you, but please stop forcing people to use Pharmacy Direct: (Bonitas) will only pay for my chronic medication (for epilepsy) if I get it from Pharmacy Direct, I am therefore forced to get my medication from Pharmacy Direct. This creates a little Monopoly in true South African style, where proper service is not necessary, because it has no influence on whether you have people using your system or not. I went abroad for 7 months and Pharmacy Direct subtracted money every month from my medical aid, without delivering the medication to my SA home - *******ION. Now I am back and ONCE AGAIN my medication is late. I cannot afford not to drink my medication as it would be life-threatening and I cannot get it anywhere else as I sent my prescription to Pharmacy direct. PLEASE PLEASE improve your service to people PD, it is critical.

31 Jul 2019, 13:14Helo, I am at work and can therefore not answer. I have phoned Pharmacy Direct and they are working on it. Problem is, I have to phone every month, otherwise, it's late or worse, it does not even get delivered. This is not a once-off problem but repeated bad service over a period of 3 years. I have spoken to many people and I am not the only one that feels this way...
