Stop using Mara pharmacy and give us more reliable options
Mara pharmacy has to be the most *********** online pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with and I ultimately blame Bonitas medical aid for forcing us to use them knowing that they are useless. It’s the first time since I’ve been on chronic that I’ll be going now 3 days without meds. My script was processed on the 10 on October and not even dispatched for delivery yet (21 October) All attempts to contact Mara and I also got Bonitas to intervene but still do not have answers.
This is beyond pathetic considering that we are paying for health care!!!!!
I expect you to authorise my meds from my local pharmacy today before my BP becomes a problem while you deal with you *********** service provider

I private messaged you yesterday and that is the exact response I received already and now 24 hours later I had no updates from you or Mara so I had to resort to hello peter.
This is not a case that should take days or weeks to resolve as is involves someones health.
I am paying you for my medical needs and you are not delivering.
I am asking you to authorize my meds with my local pharmacy while you deal with Mara.
What is so difficult about that?
YOUR vendor did not deliver so why cant you go the extra mile to make sure that your client is sorted

What message doe that send to your potential new and existing clients???

We never had this issue with pharmacy direct so lose the dead weight that is Mara already!!!
