Still waiting for feedback.

I had asked to be reinstated as a member, submitted all documents and even made required payment of which was more than what was requested and submitted proof of payment on the 9th November 2015, and I am still awaiting response/feedback. what scares me is that what if something happens to me or my child while they are taking their own time to reinstate me, but it didn't even take them a day to ask for my money. almost 10 days later I am still waiting...what are they actually implying??? this sucks because I have never given them issues at all. I was terminated on the 31 October 2015 due to fact that I changed jobs and the first week of November started liaising with them regarding my reinstatement. This sucks big time!!
