Still waiting for baby gift bag

Good day <br> <br> I am Itumeleng Motlhamme Bonitas membership No ***, my wife gave birth to a bouncing baby on the 6th of February. After I informed Bonitas I was told that a baby gift bag will be delivered to our house. I have since made several phone calls to Bonitas but to no avail. I was told that someone form the marketing department will call me but I am still waiting. Can you please deliver on your promise or do I have to beg. Its been 4 months now and nothing. By the time its delivered my baby will be a man and we will have no use for it. Bonitas for once deliver on your promise please.<br> <br>
