Still a damn circus

As you will see from my previous review of Bonitas *surprise surprise* sweet nothing has been done to resolve the issue of them *****ing my money. Naturally. As i said absolutely useless! Coming from sombody who has worked in the medical industry as correspondance between medical aid and client for many years, clearly my opinion to our medical patients has remained the same. PATHETIC. NIT WORTH THE STRESS! I always have to chase after a follow up answer from these useless pathetic excuse of a corporation. I spent 45 minutes on the phone today with a remarkable gentleman from medscheme, who asked me to reconsider cancelling my medical aid and asked how he could potentially help. Well its the first time in 9 months that i have any kind of faith in your circus
