Sterling service from agent Mutsharini Makumbane
I'd like to share the sterling experience I received from one of your agents Mutsharini Makumbane. When I called in for a follow-up on mu query, I was livid and unfortunately i was not going to be kind to the agent that was going to answer my call. However, Mutsharini Makumbane assisted me and she tamed me: 1. I could feel her smile when she answered my call on the other side, 2. while we were on the call, she felt my frustrations and she took initiative and took charge of my query. 3. She handled the query and even after our telephonic conversation, she kept me updated through out on the query. EXCELLENT AND QUALITY SERVICE FROM YOU MY LADY, MUTSHARINI MAKUMBANE.
