Steer clear of Bonitas Medical Fund
Bonitas suspended my cover without any notification. I requested clarification on the 26th June. Today, on the 2nd July, the matter is still not resolved. They claimed that I didn't pay my contributions. After my sending proof of the payment. they told me I'll have to wait for their finance dept to complete allocation. They claim to have sent me e-mail, but I can prove they didn't. I requested to be put in touch with an agent; they ignore the request. Pathetic!!!!!
