*****ing money after cancellation
Im unemployed and had to cancel my medical aid. I advised Bonitas in November 2015. December 2015 I got a mail saying that my benefits have been suspended, and they tried taking R2406 out of my (empty) account. I asked why Bonitas are still deducting after it's been cancelled, and Christina Mosoko simply advised that \we have not received any instruction to terminate membership"and closed the query. Yesterday 04/01/2016 Bonitas again tried to ***** R2683 + R2406 out of the empty account. Go look at ref nr 021215QJN5KP"
