Stay clear of these sharks

If only there was a zero rating for these guys. They responded to queries, what a lot of hog wash, their explanation does not hold water. On the question as to why they terminated my membership in November, leaving me to pay my medical bills out of my own pocket, they informed me that they did not do so, but the gp and pharmacy all told me according to the system, Bonitas system, it was terminated in November. I paod them the premium/membership fee on the 2nd of December 2023 which i believe were my last payment to this so called medical aid. This month i received yet another bill from them, demanding payment??? After this, they informed me that they reinstated my cover, this after my membership were terminated. Im not interested in reinstatement, or Bonitas anymore, but to bill me for something i did or could not use, that's out of this world. Best medical aid for 2023???
