Stay away if you need Dental

I pay R7106 a month to Bonitas. DENIS is their dental partner.

They are refusing to authorize a dental procedure that will cost no more than R14k due to Denis not covering the procedure that needs to be done in a day hospital.

Even though my doctor motivated it that it needs to be done in hospital because I need general anesthetic due to plates that are in my jaw. This is ludicrous considering the costs vs what I pay. I escalated the case only to be ignored!

If you need dental work, stay away from Bonitas.
