Stay away from Bonitas Medical Aid

<p>I was a happy Liberty member, then unfortunately Bonitas bought them out</p> <p>Since the beginning of the year, had endless problems with the quality of the call centre staff</p> <p>Didn't load my Chronic medication as promised when they took over from LHS, chronic medication been coming out of my savings. Realised there mistake now fighting to have the money put back into my savings</p> <p>My University Student daughter has been paying a child dependent rate, as I was at Liberty. This month being June deducted R6 084 from my account, when phoned in and waited an hour on the line while they were discussing it with the credit controller, advised she now gets charged adult rates, so they took it on themselves without notifying me to debit my bank with R6 084 for the past 6 months.</p> <p>Took over 10 days to get a hospital authorisation.</p> <p>Phoned in to change email address, which has not been implemented throughout Bonitas, ongoing problem, when i need something emailed, they still have the old one on there system. </p> <p>Will definately not recommend them.</p> <p>Definately will be changing in the new year.</p>
