Stay away from Bonitas!

I have to go for blood tests every month. Out of the blue, I get notified that my account at the pathologists got handed over to attorneys due to outstanding payment. After numerous phone calls, it comes out that Bonitas Boncap changed things on their side (without and communication with the members) that you have to go to your network doctor and have the doctor register you on the Bonitas PMB Project now and only THEN Bonitas will pay the same **** that they have paid for years already! The IQ levels are definitely NOT very high over there as you don't fix something if it's not broken! Bonitas made me look like a bad patient by changing **** that wasn't in need of fixing! And still, I wait for an answer as to why they don't stick to what they advertise in their brochures! As a diabetic, they say the cover EVERYTHING as long as my GP registered me as a PMB chronic patient at Bonitas. All of a sudden Bonitas refuse to pay for my glucose test meter and test strips, just because I don't need to inject myself with insulin. So it is false advertising AND **************! Ladies and gentlemen, spare yourself a lot of frustration and disappointment and stay far away from Bonitas Medical Scheme. "Clueless, ******* and ***********" should be their new slogan!
