Stay away from bonitas

i would recommend anyone to stay away from.bonitas. bit makes me eish for the NHI to be implemented . i went in for a operation in October after which i got a bill from hospital to pay . pre authorization was done paid in an amount before the operation . bonitas is refusing to pay for.a tool was used and hospital gave up.this tool is used with another tool and is not used separately but one is paid for and another is not..amon alot of consumables they didnt pay for .besides this bonitas has slowly stopped paying for anything the dr pescibes making my daibetes a hassle to manage currently im payin 700 a month and bonitas is paying +-100 rand at.this moment im thinking in taking this up with the onbudsman the hospital event is the straw that broke the camels back i will be moving to a diffrent company. if you value you health and finances stay away
