STAY AWAY FROM BONITAS!
The service from Bonitas is truly appalling. What started as a technical glitch on their side with a blood lab (which shall remain nameless as they are innocent in this) has turned into a nightmare. A simple in-hospital blood test was done (I have full hospital cover) and it is a 2-in-1 test which the lab has confirmed that all medical aids are aware of except Bonitas. This was all done in April this year and till now it has not been paid. I have been handed over to debt collectors over this. Thankfully the lab has stopped proceedings while they deal with Bonitas. The worst part of all has been the careless attitudes from staff members at Bonitas by not responding to simple queries. They promise to get back to me and I never hear from them until I phone scream and shout. I would not recommend Bonitas to anyone and can confirm that I have heard from a number of sources that they are the WORST medical aid in the country! STAY AWAY FROM BONITAS!
