STAY AWAY FROM BONCAP OPTION
Stay far away from Bonitas BonCap option. It is a complete and utter **** and headache. BonCap is terrible at responses They do not communicate, it takes weeks for them to respond to queries, the entire process has been excruciatingly frustrating. Consultants are rude, they do not make follow ups and you are constantly in the dark. BonCap happily takes your money monthly, even double bills you. BonCap is a waste of money. You are paying monthly premiums to pay for Doctor’s Consultations AND medication out of your own pocket. What is the point?
If you have been diagnosed with depression or anything related, don’t bother signing up with BonCap, they don’t pay for ANYTHING.
How does one go about terminating their membership? I would also appreciate if anyone could suggest a better medical aid scheme that provides prompt services, and has employees who know what they are doing. Please help.
