STAY AWAY
About the service I am getting from Bonitas and the unorganized way there business runs. They hold you accountable for a mistake they make and when you make an arrangement with them it's a whole new battel from scratch. I have been on how many call for the past three months with Bonitas and still the same issue has not even been resolved yet. I have been sending email, on emails to them with no answer. I have made a payment arrangement with them for a mistake they made and now my funds are suspended. Stay away from this medical aid, they will not help you get your matter resolved. I have never regretted a medical aid as much as I regret Bonitas.
